  • Cancelation Policy:

    Cancelation requests must be made 24-hours in advance of your scheduled appointment so please get in touch with me directly for these. I can be reached by phone or text at (801) 636-1912.

  • Late Policy:

    Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. Otherwise, you may be subject to additional late fees:

    10 mins late = +$10

    15 mins late = +$15

    20 mins late = +$20

    20+ Mins late = Your booking will be canceled and you will be charged for the reservation. If you rebook the same week, I will give you $10 off your new appointment.

  • Reschedule Policy:

    All appointment reschedules must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any reschedules or reschedule requests after that time may be subject to additional charges. 

  • Do you offer any discounts if I refer a friend or family member to you?

    Yes, I would be delighted to give a friends & family discount to any first-time clients you refer to. Call or text me directly for more details.

  • Do you take last-minute appointments?

    All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. However, for special emergencies, I will do my best to accommodate.

  • Do you require any sort of deposit upfront?

    Yes - Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a corresponding Booking ID. At that point, the credit card number you submit as part of your booking request will be charged a 50% deposit of the total cost of your services booked.
